Rick's dog Chalky was the real star of the Rick Stein BBC TV series of programmes. Popular with everybody, the snappy little terrier was Rick's faithful side-kick in several series. Chalky is remembered with great affection with the track Chalky's Song in this jolly, catchy song, featured in the BBC TV programme ‘MEMOIRS OF A SEA FOOD CHEF’ we hear Rick's debut singing performance along with Rick's friends Billy Jay, The children of Padstow School and Pendennis Brass. The CD also features Chalky's Song bonus karaoke backing track to get the party going.
